The company was incorporated on 28th July 1986. It was initially registered as Professional Protection Planning Group Sdn Bhd, and later changed its name to Professional Protection Planners Sdn Bhd. Now it has already became a public limited company with the name of Professional Protection Planners Bhd (PPP).

PPP was incorporated to provide comprehensive Financial and Estate Planning services with the Risk Management & Insurance serves as the foundation. Its paid-up capital is RM 1,500,000.00 and presently it owns a four-storey building at Johore Bahru and an office unit at Pantai Plaza, KL.

The company was founded by Mr Gan Kim Teck, an accountant by profession and he is also very successful and active in the life insurance industry. Mr Gan passion for giving his clients total customer satisfaction services have brought him to many countries in search of knowledge and practical skills. He had attended courses such as Financial Management , Estate Planning , Organisation Behavior and Management, Anthony Robbins' Life Mastery in Singapore, Australia and USA. Back in 1986, he has envisioned that life insurance is moving towards total financial planning. Many life insurance practitioners and managers who shared the similar visions and values have invested into PPP.

PPP with the visionary leadership of Mr Gan, has been actively involved in the area of developing human resources to provide the Total Financial & Estate Planning (TFEP) for the public in Malaysia. Especially in the last 5 years PPP has expanded its operation to the entire nation with associate offices set up at Alor Setar, Penang, Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Seremban, Johore Baru, Kuching and Miri.

PPP aims to develop and provide Financial Planners the necessary knowledges, skills, inpart the right attitude and habit in delivering a very high level of professional service, in line with our company motto "Total Customer Satisfaction Services".

In our quest of developing human resources in marketing , PPP has the privileges in working with professionals from various field.
