(a)    It is necessary to issue guidelines for PPP Business Centre or coordinator to subscribe to our operational procedures with minimum dispute.

(b)   All PPP functions are to be coordinated / organized by each PPP business centre/ Coordinator.

(c)    Guidelines and scope of works / business share

(i)                 PPP Business & Service Centre

§         Must be PPP-RWC franchisee with RWC service centre and willing to serve all PPP Franchisees as back-up service support.

§         To coordinate for organizing all PPP functions, eg. BOP, Estate Training, Customer Talk and PWW meeting and to share cost of …60-40…… for such functions if any. (60% for speaker fee, his travelling expenses, Hotel charges & training materials) while (40% covering local hall rental, 2x tea breaks and marketing gathering)

§         Currently we have BNW(JB), SCT (KL), PPC (Klang), SCP (Miri), KSK (Tawau).

(ii)                PPP Business Centre

§         Must be PPP-RWC franchisee but w/o RWC service centre and willing to serve all PPP Franchisees as back-up service support.

§         To coordinate for organizing all PPP functions, eg. BOP, Estate Training, Customer Talk and PWW meeting and to share cost of …60-40…… for such functions if any as c (i) above.

§         Currently we have Stephen Lo Yun Fook of KK.

(iii)              RWC Service Centre and PPP Coordinator

§         Willing to assist to organize and co-ordinate with PPP Business Centre for the intended PPP functions in (c) (i) & (ii) above.

§         Currently, we have June Yeung Seremban (RWC –PPP Coordinator), Lucky Gp Bkt. Mertajam (RWC –PPP Coordinator), K.C. Chang of Kota Kinabalu (RWC - PPP Coordinator)

(iv)              PPP Coordinator

§         Not equipped with RWC Service Centre but being PPP shareholder and willing to serve as coordinator for PPP function whenever initiated by the nearest PPP Business Centre.

§         Currently, we have MIK Ipoh (PPP Coordinator).

(v)               PPP has a final right to add or delete whoever is not considered as qualified in the above management / arrangement.

(vi)              Who is authorized to organize PPP function?

§         The Board decided that it must be a full PPP Business Centre inclusive of RWC servicing support.
